At VINTGG, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to initiate a return or request a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

1. Return Requests

  • Please reach out to us here within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • In your email, include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Photos, where relevant, of any issues with the item(s)

2. Processing Requests

  • We aim to process all return and refund requests within 7 working days of receiving your email.
  • If your return/refund request is confirmed, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the items to VINTGG in their original packaging.
  • Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

3. Returned Items

  • All returned items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • We do not accept:
    • Worn, stained, damaged, or altered items
  • The return shipping cost will be at your own expense; VINTGG does not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) services for returning packages.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is confirmed, VINTGG will return the money to the account used for the original payment.
  • Refunds will be processed in the currency in which the order was initially purchased.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return request process. Once we receive the returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:
    • Contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage.
    • We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise)

8. Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
