SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At VINTGG, each of our clothing pieces is made with precision and care, and we’re dedicated to ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our standard processing and production time is 2-3 working days. Once your order is ready, we’ll dispatch it using reliable couriers such as Evri, DPD, and Royal Mail. You can expect delivery within 5-10 working days after your order has been processed.
We offer free shipping on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
RETURNS
At VINTGG, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply reach out to us here with your order number and any relevant photos to start the process.
To ensure a smooth return experience, please note that all returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items should be returned in their original packaging to maintain their condition. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, ensuring you receive your money in the currency used for the purchase.
